REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 10, 2024

At Dine at DayDreamer Domes, our goal is to offer an unforgettable dining experience. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, so we’ve created a clear and fair Refund Policy for reservations and food orders. Please review the following guidelines to understand how refunds work at our restaurant.


1. Reservation Cancellations


Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your reservation will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for a partial refund based on circumstances.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your reservation without notice, we may retain the full payment.


2. Refunds for Food


Dine-In Orders: If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of your meal, please inform us during your dining experience. We’ll gladly remake your dish or offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved. Refunds are issued at management’s discretion and must be requested while dining.


Takeout Orders: If there is a problem with a takeout order, please contact us within 2 hours of pick-up. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.


3. Special Event Refunds


For special events or private bookings, different cancellation and refund policies may apply. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking, and deposits or prepayments are subject to the event's specific terms.


4. Refund Methods


Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exceptions to Refund Policy


We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Non-compliance with terms: Failure to adhere to our policies.
- Excessive cancellations or complaints.

 

Third-party fees that may not be refundable, such as platform processing fees.

​6. Changes to This Policy

 

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
